"I have been using their service for the last 8 years. This year I have encountered hail storms and flooded basement. It was a disaster for me. When I call the agent, he came to my house during weekend and help to access my damage. He advised me what should I do with my flooded basement and that really safe me a lot of times and all the hustle. For the hailstorm damage, he also help me to arrange StateFarm appraisal to inspect the damage. I really appreciate my agent for all the help he provided. Where can you find such a dedicated and helpful agent. My whole family sincerely thanks him for all the services provided."

"They allowed my coverage to lapse despite me being on auto-pay and being in a contract. I was a few weeks late on ONE month's payment and they somehow allowed it to lapse. I don't see how this makes sense."
